We permit you to prepare the file independently and redistribute it in a private environment due to traffic issues, such as servers that charge on a pay-as-you-go basis based on traffic volume.
However, please note that we will limit your use to within your local network, and we cannot support 
any use when you retrieve and redistribute the files yourself from the RSP Internet servers.

*We cannot support reverse proxied distribution to the specified URL as well as the method you have prepared yourself, as it differs from the original usage.
We do not support the distribution of the RSP Internet Group's distribution via the Internet because we prohibit the right to make the distribution transmittable.
　The reason for this prohibition is that we may add or change the contents of Proxy Autoconfig (hereafter referred to as “pac”) in the future and that even if you contact RisuPu via 
with a redistributed file, the pac file and server are managed outside of our organization and we cannot respond to your inquiries. We are not able to respond to inquiries via redistributed files.
